Our booking process

Step One

Contact us via phone, email, website, or social media with your wedding date and venue.

Step Two

​

After we have confirmed we are available for your date, we will discuss which package is best for your needs.

Step Three

​

Once confirmed, we will ask for the email of you and your partner so we can send you a wedding agreement.

​

Step Four

​

When you have read the agreement and you are both happy with the T&C's, you will E-sign the document.

​

Step Five

​

When the agreement is signed, a booking fee will be due to secure your wedding date. The booking fee will be deducted from your final bill.

Step Six

​

Depending on how far in advance you have made your booking, we will arrange a date to meet up/jump on a call to go through the details of your day.

Step Seven

​

Once we have spoken on the phone or in person, we will send you a questionnaire about music choices, people to prioritise, and your wedding day schedule. The questionnaire takes 3 minutes on average to complete.

And that's it! Once the steps above are completed, we will arrive on your wedding day at the discussed time to create a wedding film you can watch over and over again.
